BZR voltage regulation

BZR tension regulation is used to keep the web tension constant even when the reel outside diameter varies. The measurement of the external diameter is done by ultrasound, therefore without direct contact with the product. This ultrasonic signal is transformed by the central unit into an air pressure value to control a brake or a torque limiter. The pressure is regulated in such a way that the torque necessary given the external diameter of the coil present to guarantee a constant tension.
