An expanding head for heavy loads
Designed for so-called "between centers" machines with mobile frame, these heads work either alone with a counter center, or in pairs. They can be fitted with nipples (MPT model) or shells (MPCO model). They are mainly intended for high torque applications and heavy loads. The "mono-stable" pneumatic expansion allows easy installation in an automated machine. The manufacturing range of “MP” type heads allows the use of chucks with diameters ranging from 70 to 200mm.
