Type MPGE

Designed for so-called "between centers" machines with mobile frames, these heads always work in pairs even if only one is motorized or braked. The large expansion allows flexibility of use with regard to the diameter of the mandrels. These heads are suitable for high torque and high load applications. The diameter change of the mandrels is very fast. The "mono-stable" pneumatic operation allows easy installation in an automated machine. The steel jaws are suitable for the use of cardboard, plastic or steel cores. The manufacturing range of MPGE type heads allows the use of chucks with a diameter ranging from 70 to 400mm.
